Your Lead GP and care team
When you register for Regular Care with Perth Home GP, you’ll be allocated a Lead GP who oversees your ongoing care. We prioritise scheduling with your Lead GP wherever possible to ensure continuity of care.
However, as a 7-day service operating around the clock, your Lead GP may not always be available. In these instances our broader team will steps in for any home visits and telehealth appointments you may need.

Dr Evans came out to see my Mum. His bedside manner was amazing, my Mum was resistant to seeing a Dr but he reassured her and was able to convince her to go to hospital, very grateful!
Dr. Mike Patton solved a big problem for me at the first consultation. I am very happy with his dedicated and caring attitude. His comprehensive explanations were first class. Looking forward to his next consultation. Recommend him 100%. Thanks, again.
Dr Dave was quick to come. Less than an hour from when I booked. He was thorough and comprehensive in his assessment of my condition. In addition he was easy to relate with and a pleasant young man
Very grateful for stress free home visits by friendly knowledgeable medical staff.. Dr Evans has expertise & empathy.
My daughter experienced a severe allergic reaction to possibly a chemical on her high school graduation ceremony gown - she ended up covered in extensive hives which she has never experienced before. It was late at night. We debated going hospital but instead had a video call with Dr Mike from Perth Home GP. We were already doing the correct treatment for our daughter at home to lessen the reaction, but it was wonderful to have confirmation of this and an in-depth discussion with Dr Mike via video. I would definitely use the service again if needed. He was very thorough.
I was in much pain in my lower back back and virtually unable to move … Dr Averil Tan and her assistant attended our home . Dr Tan was very professional , knowledgeable ,and thorough… I would recommend Dr Tan 100 % .. Tom… Rivervale 6103 …..
Great service from speaking to reception team when setting up the appt, to Dr Tam arriving at my house and taking time to explain to me why I was feeling so poorly. All round, an excellent experience. Highly recommend.
A great service, highly recommended. Dr Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was great with my elderly parents, not a rushed visit and explained everything so they could understand.
I am so thankful for this amazing service. Caring for a client with Dementia starts to become quite a challenge, with transporting to GP appointments, especially when the client is unwell and starts to have problems with mobility. I decided to call Perth Home GP last week. The receptionist Judy was very helpful and really nice to talk to, she called me back to confirm Dr Mike was available to visit. Dr Mike has now visited twice and has followed up on our clients well being, with a tele health appointment. He was very thorough and ordered some blood test to be done with Saturn Pathology, they are also a home visiting blood collection service, in Perth. I have decided to register for future home visits with Perth Home GP. This will enable us to care for our client at home for as long as possible, with support from Dr Mike and Dr Sarah and their lovely nurses. Many Thanks, Tammy
