Our goal is to see our patient within 2-3 hours of booking; however this is dependent on patient demand and the patient’s geographical location. For immediate care, our GPs provide a selection of starter medications to commence your treatment during the visit, followed by a script for any additional medication required.
For chronic health conditions our GPs will provide you with a script for you to take to your nearby pharmacy (similar to any medical clinic).

Certainly, our GPs can issue necessary medical and carer certificates during your visit, including certificates to facilitate your return to work.

We provide translation services through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS), and assistance can be provided for hearing-impaired patients through the National Relay Service (NRS).
